Paul Bernstein of Alphatec is a highly qualified electrician who always gets the job done. My house is 25 years old and I have done three renovations so I know contractors and electricians.
Mr. Bernstein is by far the best in many ways. He is honest, reliable and very talented in his field. He is very tidy, which is not always the case with electricians.

Recently Paul Bernstein installed a 3 way switch for me. It involved putting in a new box for the new switch as well as changing the original box to accommodate a larger switch and running new wires through the attic to the new switch. Paul was very professional about his work. He cleaned up all of the mess the job created. He charged me the original price he quoted even though there were complications which required additional time. I would hire him again if I should require the services of an electrician.

I contacted an electrician who told me that it could not be changed. So, for nine years, I have been very unhappy with this connection.
This past year, I heard about Paul Bernstein, who was recommended to me by a friend. Paul had done some work for my friend and he was very satisfied.
